Creamy Garlic & Herb Lobster Salad Roll

Ingredients
Mayo Dressing:

mayonnaise

dill pickle relish

lemon juice

teaspoon
garlic powder
or 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced

dill
1/4
teaspoon
chives
pinch
of celery salt

Cameron’s Seafood Lobster Meat
thawed

New England-Style split top rolls

tablespoons
salted butter
softened
Instructions
Combine mayo dressing ingredients ( mayo, relish, lemon juice, garlic, dill, chives, celery salt) in a large bowl and whisk until blended.
Thoroughly drain lobster meat and add to the bowl with the dressing, toss to coat.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spread rolls with butter and toast until golden brown.
Fill rolls with lobster salad and enjoy!
