Servings 2 people

  • ½ lb Cameron’s Sea Scallops
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Lay out the scallops in a lightly greased 1 quart baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss them over the scallops.

  3. Bake the scallops for 15 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. The scallops should be opaque throughout. Check your scallops at around 12 minutes to ensure they are not overcooking.

  4. Baked scallops au gratin are great served alone as an appetizer, or can be served with a main dish like pasta and alfredo sauce.
