Banh Mi
A banh mi is a vibrant and tasty Vietnamese sandwich. It is also a perfect Summer sandwich, with its crusty French bread, tangy pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, and pops of zesty chilies. Traditionally, a banh mi is also stuffed with a combination of Vietnamese-style porky cold cuts. In true Cameron’s Seafood fashion, we remixed the protein filling to include buttery sweet chili shrimp (or, jumbo lump crab meat, if that’s your fancy).

Pan Bagnat
Pan bagnat is a rustic, classic sandwich originating from Nice, France. It is often described as a Salade Nicoise in sandwich-form. Crusty French loaves are stuffed with tuna, hard-boiled eggs, raw veggies, and olives (as well as drizzled with a hearty glug of extra virgin olive oil). These sandwiches are often made in advance and pressed to allow the flavors to meld–perfect for picnics!

Lobster Rolls
This seaside sando is the pinnacle of Summer eats throughout New England and coastal Canada. Shacks and stands dot the coastlines where hungry patrons queue for a rolled feast. The popularity of this sandwich icon has since proceeded South and West. Where lobster rolls can be found on many a-menu throughout the states.

Po Boys
Po’ Boys are a classic sandwich originally created for the dock workers and farmers of the region to have a filling meal while they work. The flavors, while mild, are still totally NOLA and fried shrimp are the star. The Shrimp Po’ Boys sandwiches are classically filled with shredded lettuce, thick juicy slices of tomato and dill pickles- all stuffed into a crusty French roll with a bit of mayonnaise and a couple splashes of good ol’ Louisiana hot sauce.

Fried Fish Sandwiches
Fried catfish is an icon of Southern Cuisine. This ‘crispy on the outside’, ‘moist & flaky on the inside’ dish has been a Low Country staple since the region’s inception. Fried catfish has been a popular meal for a looooooong time, and rightly so. The fried catfish sandwich offers a diverse opportunity for toppings. The tastiest being shredded lettuce or coleslaw, summer-ripe tomato slices, and pickles.

Smørrebrød
This is a popular Scandinavian-style open-faced sandwich consisting of butter-toasted dark rye bread topped with fresh or pickled fish. There are oodles of topping combinations that could include: pickled radishes, pickled beets, hard-boiled eggs, asparagus, leafy salad greens or fresh herbs.
