After emailing Cameron’s seafood, we did receive a response. We were offered a replacement order or our money back. We chose to receive our money back.
They were cordial and very apologetic.
I wanted top neck clams, so I ordered your bags of hard shell "TOP NECKS". But what I got was clams that are smaller than little necks. Very disappointed Go to the Fulton Fish Market web site and look at the chart on clam sizes, it will show that top necks are 2 to 3 inches across, what sold me half are 1 to 2 inches across, and the other half are smaller.
We ordered 1 dozen colossal blue crabs. Of the 12 crabs, 6 were very heavy and meaty. The remaining six were light with not near as much meat. While all 12 were very good in taste, for $16.66 per crab, they ALL should have been heavy and meaty. All in all, we were happy with the order, just disappointed that 6 of the crags were not as meaty as they should have been.
This is $150?! I was really surprised. I should have bought it at the local supermarket.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not 100% pleased with your order. As explained on our site, an order of 1 lb. usually equals about 1 to 1.5 legs, which is consistent with what you received.
I'd also mention that this grade of king crab isn't something you'll typically find at a regular grocery store, it's a premium product with more limited sourcing. Part of the pricing also reflects the packing materials and coolant required to ship it safely and keep it fresh in transit.

I ordered the half bushel female crabs (3 dozens) and these were the best crabs IVE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE. I opted for the two day delivery and to my suprise the crabs were frozen and fresh. MY ONLY PROBLEM!!!! Is they do not give you the option for no seasoning, since I have high blood pressure I cannot take the salt and some of the crabs were salty. So I had to wash them off. Other than that this is a must buy but please CAMERON put the option for no seasoning for those who suffer from HBP. Thank you
