Cut off time:

  • 4 pm EST for next day delivery.

Size limit:

  • 2-Day Air or Overnight bushels, 12 lbs. crab legs or equivalent will incur separate shipping fees.

Saturday deliveries:

  • $15 fee for 2-Day Air or Overnight.
  • No Ground Saturday delivery to commercial addresses.
  • Delivery may be limited in rural or isolated zip codes.

Dry ice:

  • All frozen products will be shipped with dry ice.
  • All 2-day shipments will include dry ice during the summer.
  • Fresh products may freeze in transit when dry ice is used.

Events:

  • Pick a delivery date at least 1 day before your event.
  • Choose 2-Day Air or Overnight for guaranteed delivery date.

Hawaii & Alaska:

Will incur a $20 fee.

Holidays:

Delivery time estimates may vary during holidays.

Packaging Information

Your order is expertly packed with great care by our fullfilment team.

  • Our corrugated boxes are clearly identified as “perishable” to ensure safe transportation.
  • Everything is carefully placed inside a temperature controlled styrofoam cooler and corrugated box.
  • We use the industry’s best frozen gel packs to keep the seafood nice and cold until it gets to you.
  • Each item is individually wrapped and labeled for easy identification.
