PREPARING LOBSTER MEAT
Open, thaw and serve or use in your favorite lobster recipe. Great for dips, lobster rolls or to garnish a salad. The possibilities are endless!
Quick Lobster Salad Recipe:
- Thaw lobster meat in refrigerator and chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl combine 12 oz. lobster meat, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 chopped celery stalks, 1 tbsp. parsley, old bay and salt & pepper to taste.
- Place mixture in refrigerator for at least an hour to chill and blend flavors.
- Serve as is or in toasted hot dog buns for a delicious lobster roll.
