This order MUST have been stored in the shipper’s truck holding area from Friday. My delivery arrived midday Monday with bags of water. Nothing was frozen - all contents were floating & soft with the one exclusion … crab bisque. The lower part of the container was still somewhat firm, but the top half was completely thawed. However, this was not the only flaw. I poured the bisque into a small pot, & to my amazement, there was not a single piece of crabmeat to be found. Nothing but water!
Although your prices seem to be fair, if one received what they order is edible.

I live in upstate New York and my order arrived within two days as promised. The food was still frozen. The food was impressive. The quality was there. We enjoyed every bite of our seafood. It includes instructions on how to cook your meal . I would buy again!
