Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can modify or cancel your fresh seafood order online up until 12 hours from the shipment date, 1 or 2 days before your selected delivery date depending on the shipping method selected. The best way to request a cancellation or modification is by emailing us at [email protected] and including your order number with a short description of your request.
Keep in mind that if you need to modify the shipping address, additional charges may apply depending on the shipping zone of the new address.
Cancellations are not guaranteed if we are not notified at least 12 hours before the shipping date.
